We produce double helical / V- / Chevron- / Sykes- or Herringbone gears up to 5 meters round and on long axles up to 8 meters. Benefit of the V toothing is that the axial forces are eliminated. We can produce them with a groove, the traditional method, but we can also make a closed version of the V by means of 5-axis simultaneous milling.
