We use 3D Measuring and 3D Scanning to verify the dimensions or to compare an object with a CAD-model. Or to carry out Reverse Engineering contracts for a component or even a complete product like a transmission or an engine.
In addition to measurements within our own production process, we carry out a lot of customer-specific measurement contracts. That means measurements and verifications on-site at the customer or at objects, such as cranes and bridges that quality for repairs or revision.
In our own climate controlled measurement chamber, we have a CNC-controlled 3D measuring machine among other equipment. For measurements and verifications of large objects and on-site, we have been working with a mobile 3D measuring arm for years. In addition, we use a 3D scanner for the analysis of complex products, often combined with 3D measuring.
